BRIGADIER TUSHAR ROY (RETD.)

Brigadier Tushar Roy (Retd.) served 36 years in the Indian Army, excelling in management, leadership, and human relations. With vast experience in handling young minds, he has been instrumental in shaping future leaders through training, motivation, and discipline. A dynamic and results-driven professional, he thrives in high-stress situations, ensuring objectives are met with precision and efficiency.

  • Selected, trained, and mentored young individuals to become physically and psychologically strong soldiers.
  • Instilled leadership qualities in NCC cadets, preparing them for greater responsibilities.
  • Conducted value-based education programs, emphasizing moral strength, mental resilience, and ethical decision-making.

GP. CAPTAIN ARINDAM LAHIRI (RETD.)

Gp. Captain Arindam Lahiri (Retd.) dedicated 33 years to the Indian Air Force, specializing in supply chain management, leadership training, and HR management. As a trainer at the National Defence Academy, he played a key role in developing Officer-Like Qualities (OLQ) in future defense personnel. With a deep interest in human psychology, he pursued a Master’s in Counselling Psychology (2020) and is currently completing his Ph.D. in Psychology and Para-Psychology under Andhra University. Actively involved in skill training and social development, he mentors young minds through NGOs and educational institutions.

  • Awarded the Presidential Medal (Vishisht Seva Medal) in 2020.
  • Commended twice by the Chief of Air Staff (2002 & 2006).
  • Commended by the Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (WAC) in 2000.
